  • We pack and ship your purchased piece with great care.
    • cost for shipping is calculated at checkout.
    • Additional fees for customs etc is not included in the price for shipping
  • We don’t accept exchanges.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Repairs

At INBLECK we make pieces to last a life time. Our philosophy is that every dent and scratch adds to the story of your piece. We have built them to last. However, if something should break by regular use, we will fix it. Send your piece to the address stated below. You cover the shipping back and forth – we got you covered for repair. For life.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details and trancking information (if applicable) when we have shipped your order. Shipping times vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Once the order has been shipped, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier. All shipping costs are calculated at checkoutand are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At INBLECK we sell unique and handcrafted pieces. No two pieces are the same, and this is why we do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@inbleck.com.

Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: INBLECK, Smalbyvägen 174, 945 93 Sjulsmark, Sweden.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
